SFT's Improving Delivery team publishes construction quality report

To help address construction quality issues, SFT's Improving Delivery team and Scottish Government established the Construction Quality Assurance Initiative. Its aim is to encourage public and private sector partners to work closely together with a “get it right first-time” approach to construction. 

A pilot project, to date involving four hub sites across Scotland, has been undertaken and the published report introduces the quality initiative and highlights a number of recommendations coming from the pilot to improve construction quality.
